Important Group Information

• Group packages require a minimum of 25 guests.  If your group is less than 25, ask about booking your outing under a birthday party package which requires a minimum of only 6 guests.  Call for details.

• Package prices are the same for adults and children.

• For groups who do not wish to include food in their package, arrangements can be made with our group sales department for a "no food" package option. Outside food is not permitted in the facility without prior special arrangements made through the group sales department.

• Advanced reservations are required.  A group contract will be prepared outlining the agreed details of your group package.  This contract must be returned to us within 72 hours of receipt with your signature and a 10% deposit.

• Sales Tax is chargeable on group packages unless a tax exempt number is submitted prior to or on the day of the outing.

• An automatic 15% service charge will be added to the bill for group outings of 40 or more during peak operation times (Sat/Sun).

• Magical Castle provides an outdoor dining area for groups with sack lunches.  In the event of inclement weather, Magical Castle cannot guarantee indoor seating for individuals with sack lunches.

• Guests must be at least 36" tall to ride the Himalaya or Wally Wizard's Flyers and at least 42" tall for the Krazy Bumper Kars.  Guests must be under 52" tall to enter Kids Quest Playland.  Socks required for playland admission.

• All packages, pricing and hours are subject to change without notice.

• Complete payment of balance is due on the day of the outing.

• Guests must be at least 36" tall to ride the Himalaya or Wally Wizard's Flyers and at least 42" tall for the Krazy Bumper Kars.  Guests must be under 52" tall to enter Kids Quest Playland.  Socks required for playland admission.
